General terms and conditions
The general terms are applicable for all bookings made with zeester Vakanties and are an unbreakable part of the travel contract.
Terms of payment
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer the rent amount within 7 days after receiving your reservation on our account by means of notification of your reservation number, and to confirm your booking by replying to this e-mail.

- For reservations ≥ 8 days prior to your stay: The entire amount must be paid upon reservation.
- For reservations ≤ 7 days prior to your arrival: For these reservations, we need a credit card authorization.
The cancellation conditions are strictly complied. It may happen that you have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you have to contact Zeester Vakanties (during office hours) to inform them about your cancellation.
In case of booking with a Standard Price, it is possible to cancel your booking free of charge until 8 days before arrival. As from 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount is due, and it is not possible to change the date of arrival.
In case you cancel your non-refundable booking, regardless of the term prior to the check-in, 100% of the total amount is due, and it is not possible to change the date of arrival.
Should any changes be made to a reservation after confirmation, Zeester Vakanties is free to select if and to what extent such requests are granted. Any changes to confirmed bookings made up to 28 days prior to arrival will result in an additional administration charge of € 15,00. With changes to a cheaper period or accommodation type, the total rental amount is due. In case of cancellation, we refer to the above mentioned cancellation costs.
Cancellation by Zeester Vakanties
Under exceptional and unforeseen circumstances Zeester Vakanties reserves the right to temporarily close the hotel (e.g. water damage, fire, selling of the property, blockades, threat of war, strikes….).
In cases such as these, we will offer you the opportunity to change your booking to another hotel or to cancel your booking free of charge. This does not entitle you to a refund of any other expenses you made such as airplane tickets, car hire, bus tour…
The prices mentionned on www.zeester.com, may differ from the valid prices on the moment of booking.
As a result of factors such as availability, change in the cost of energy consumption, but not limited as such. We also reserve the right to change special promotions during the period of vailidity. The price given on the confirmation and invoice is binding. No discounts or special promotions can be granted after Zeester Vakanties has sent out a confirmation or invoice.
Please respect our check- in and check-out times . May we kindly ask you to contact us should you not be able to arrive during opening hours for key pick-up arrangements.
You can find our best deals on our www.zeester.com/promo. Discounts are not cumulative with other price deals. Discounts can not be granted with retrospective effect. Zeester Vakanties maintains the right to revise discounts.
Zeester Vakanties does not accept any responsibility for the following:
- Theft, loss or damage, injuries or accidents incurred of any nature whatsoever during or as a result of staying at one of its hotels
- Failure or suspension of any of our technical equipment
- Hindering through force majeure.
- Printing mistakes in the brochure
